This title offers a Talent Attraction bonus for New Grads of $6,000 with an 12-month commitment or $12,000 with a 24-month commitment.(GSH and Chandler locations only), Additional details will be provided during the hiring process.

This title offers a Talent Attraction bonus for Surgical Techs with 12 months or greater experience, up to $15,000 with an 18-month commitment (GSH or Chandler locations only); or $20,000 with a 18-month commitment ( CVOR Specialty Only). Additional details will be provided during the hiring process.

The primary responsibilities for these positions include:

• Pass surgical instruments in operating room.
• Maintain strict sterile field, assist/perform surgical case counts.
• Obtains necessary supplies/instruments for such cases and checks for completeness and working order.
• Opens room independently or in conjunction with the circulating nurse (depending on case complexity).
• Sets up and maintains sterile field until the patient exits the room.
• Maintains a neat and orderly sterile field during each case.
• Passes instruments to surgeons, anticipating needs.
• Monitors for breaks in sterile technique and takes corrective action when identified.
• Performs counts in accordance with policy.
