We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bell Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable experience during their stay. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms promptly
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Assist with transportation arrangements as needed

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
