Job Description
The Guest Service Agent processes check‑ins and check‑outs, secures payment, verifies and adjusts billing, and assists guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. The role anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, and implements creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
Availability: Must be available 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and 3 p.m.–11 p.m., weekends and holidays.
Compensation :
Greater Lexington Area $16.20–$24.82 (1 day ago)
