Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling to and from guest rooms or vehicles
• - Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
• - Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the security of all vehicles
• - Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and valet area
• - Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
• - Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously

Skills and

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• - Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage
• - Professional appearance and positive attitude
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
