Bellperson​/Valet Attendant

• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring safe and efficient handling to and from guest rooms or vehicles
• Welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner, maintaining the security of all vehicles
• Provide directions and information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and valet area
• Collaborate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or valet services preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
