Rainmaker Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our Lexington hotel team. You will manage reservations, check guests in/out, answer inquiries, and assist with events and meetings, delivering courteous and efficient service at all times.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with reservation systems and Microsoft Office. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
