Big Ass Fans is seeking a visionary Senior Website Developer to spearhead the headless replatforming of our flagship websites and commerce platforms. You’ll work with internal and external development teams, drive integration across best‑in‑class platforms like Big Commerce, Contentstack, Salesforce, and Epicor Kinetic, and set the standard for performance, accessibility, and innovation. • Lead the technical design and implementation of the headless replatforming of  and our commerce site.
• Oversee all internal web development activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party development partners, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
• Architect and implement robust APIs and integrations between Big Commerce, Contentstack/Contentful, Salesforce, Epicor Kinetic, and other platforms.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and best practices for security, performance, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and external partners to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver a world‑class digital experience.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Identify and implement process or technology improvements to enhance team productivity and site capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in modern web development, including React, Next.js, JAMstack, and API‑first/headless architectures
• Proven experience leading large‑scale web replatforming projects and managing 3rd party development teams
• Deep understanding of e‑commerce platforms (Big Commerce preferred), headless CMS (Contentstack/Contentful), and system integrations (Salesforce, Epicor Kinetic)
• Strong knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
