Pay Range: $76,000 - $109,000

We are seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy Data Analyst to support our various business teams in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions. This role will be instrumental in identifying, organizing, and interpreting data across the business, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the business, and building decision models that enhance business effectiveness.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into data‑driven strategies.
  • Identify and consolidate data sources across the organization to create a unified view of data.
  • Integrate organizational data sources to establish a unified view that links data to business performance.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends.
  • Collaborate with Data Analysts throughout the business to better understand their data needs.
  • Create and refine AI prompts to automate insights generation and improve analytical workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and quality checks, across the various data sources.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and actionable format.
  • Maintain exceptional SQL skills and high‑level Power BI expertise; oversee design and implementation of data integration processes.
  • Lead work streams focusing on data initiatives, including data requirements, issues management, data quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data sources.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for Snowflake, Power BI, and other data platform implementations.
  • Support data modeling and validation efforts with engineering and BI teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose data‑driven solutions to business problems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need (Qualifications):

  • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data or analytics projects.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and tools:
    Snowflake, AI, a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Power BI, SQL Server, a must.
  • Understanding of ERP and CRM systems, a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and using tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops, a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, a must.
  • Ability to write clear and concise documentation, user stories, and process flows, a must.
  • Familiarity with data governance, quality, and compliance, a must.
  • Familiarity with sales, marketing, sourcing, planning and logistics business functions, a plus.
