Monday 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Tuesday 12:30 pm–3:30 pm, Wednesday 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Thursday 12:30 pm–3:30 pm, Friday 9:00 am–12:30 pm

• Facilitate check‑in/check‑out of photography, video, and audio equipment for SA/VS students and faculty.
• Verify item condition, confirm all parts/accessories are present, and accurately record any issues.
• Assist students in setting up and verifying online checkout accounts.
• Enter and label new equipment into the inventory system.
• Collect late fees and log transactions according to policy.
• Handle basic in‑person sales (e.g., SD cards, inkjet paper) using provided tracking methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized circulation desk area.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and policy‑informed customer service.
• Enforce Media Center rules and refer unresolved issues to the Program Facilitator.
• All hired students will receive training on:
• Equipment handling, checkout, and return processes
• MyTurn account management
• Inventory tracking and logging protocols
• Basic customer service procedures
• Sales and fee collection procedures

Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, audio recorders, and video accessories. Experience with checkout systems. Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Previous experience in customer service or tech lending is a plus. Art Studio or DMDE majors preferred, but open to any.
