  • Clinical Technology Deployment & Support (Primary Focus)
  • Oversee end-to-end deployment of clinical and hospital technologies across inpatient, outpatient, surgical, imaging, and emergency care settings.
  • Coordinate installation, configuration, integration, and validation of technologies such as clinical software & systems (EHR platforms such as Epic or similar, PACS/VNA, RTLS, medication dispensing, patient monitoring, nurse call, telehealth).
  • Operational & patient-facing systems: AV/conference room tech, digital signage, kiosks, check‑in, way finding.

  • Ensure clinical activation readiness, device deployment, cutover planning, go‑live support, and post‑occupancy transition activities.
  • Manage high‑urgency issues with potential patient care impact, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Lead IT planning and execution for new facilities, renovations, ambulatory expansions, and hospital growth initiatives, including OR/surgical suites, ED expansions, imaging centers, and inpatient units.
  • Collaborate with strategy, business development, facilities, construction, clinical engineering, networking, security, telecom, and operational leadership to align project scopes and deliverables.
Additional Qualifications (Bonus Asks)
  • Interpret design drawings and construction documents; participate in OAC and design meetings; coordinate with architects, GCs, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage procurement, submittals, schedules, budgets, installation timelines, and risk mitigation tied to IT work streams.
  • Infrastructure & technical coordination: support requirements and oversight for low‑voltage cabling, communication rooms/IDFs, and core network readiness.
  • Maintain working knowledge of structured cabling, telecom room standards, wireless coverage considerations, and dependencies with network engineering teams.
Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with clinical technology deployment, activation planning, and operational readiness for healthcare facilities.
  • Strong ability to communicate with both clinical and technical stakeholders, translating requirements and managing cross‑functional alignment.
  • Proven track record leading IT work streams in construction, renovation, and healthcare facility expansion projects.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, manage vendor coordination, and navigate facilities/construction workflows.
