We’re looking for a P25 System Technician to join our growing team — someone who takes pride in precision work, reliability, and ensuring public-safety communications stay operational when every second counts.

• Install and maintain P25 radio systems, repeaters, and consoles.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and RF issues.
• Conduct system testing, coverage analysis, and optimization.
• Travel to tower and repeater sites to support public-safety agencies.

• 5+ years of experience with P25 systems (L3
  
  Harris, Motorola, Tait, etc.).
• Strong background in RF, electronics, or networking.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and use test equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening.
