Experience Range: 8-10 Years

• 8+ years in IT with at least 6+ years of experience in MS Dynamics implementation (Online preferred)
• Strong coding and debugging skills: customization of entities, plug‑in development, custom and OOB workflows, Ribbon Workbench, form customizations, SSRS, and security configurations
• Technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions, including MS Dynamics integrations with other enterprise applications
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 support: incident management, problem resolution, root cause analysis, patching, upgrades, and proactive health checks
• Stakeholder management, excellent communication, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts and life‑cycle implementation
• Experience with C# / .NET in Dynamics solutions
• Experience with D365 integration using SOAP and REST APIs
• Experience with Azure services relevant to MS Dynamics (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, etc.)

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts and proven implementation record
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation

• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including MS Dynamics integrations with other enterprise applications
• Act as a key member of the team for development, implementation, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Perform incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for Dynamics 365 applications
• Handle service requests, enhancements, and bug fixes as part of AMS operations
• Ensure timely patching, version upgrades, and proactive health checks for Dynamics 365 environments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize AMS tickets and ensure SLA adherence
• Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and operational procedures for AMS support
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams for smooth operations and adoption
• Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate AMS activities and ensure seamless delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
