This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lexington, KY for a Senior SEO Lead. In this role, you will execute advanced SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, perform in‑depth SEO audits, and lead link‑building initiatives. Additional responsibilities include improving on‑page SEO performance, analyzing web analytics for actionable insights, and contributing to ongoing marketing campaigns through data‑driven recommendations. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with evolving SEO trends and tools while fostering collaboration within the organization to drive digital growth for our clients.
What You'll Do- Own SEO strategy for B2B and multi‑location accounts
- Define SEO frameworks for:
- Local SEO & Google Business Profiles
- On‑page optimization
- Entity SEO & AI‑driven search readiness
- Review and QA strategist execution
- Translate business goals into SEO priorities
- Lead quarterly executive‑level strategy reviews
- Stay ahead of search evolution, including AI Overviews
- Mentor and support SEO strategy
- Expertise in Keyword Research to identify effective keywords and phrases for SEO success.
- 8–12+ years of SEO experience
- Proven success with multi‑location or enterprise local SEO
- Experience in conducting comprehensive SEO Audits and implementing improvement plans.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Web Analytics to analyze data and measure SEO campaign effectiveness.
- Skills in On‑Page SEO optimization, including meta tags, headings, and content structure.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of SEO tools and technology trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in the automotive or outdoor power equipment and agriculture dealership industry is an advantage.
