What will you do?- Lead IT/OT, MES and cybersecurity for the site, ensuring compliance and managing operational technology asset inventory
- Monitor threats, mitigate vulnerabilities, and support incident response to safeguard production systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity protocols into manufacturing processes
- Drive Smart Operations projects such as MES deployments with digital talent teams and represent the site in strategic digital initiatives
- Lead site digital transformation initiatives by identifying and implementing technologies that improve manufacturing performance, data visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute the site's Manufacturing Execution System (MES) roadmap, partnering with plant leadership and global teams to align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of the site's cybersecurity posture through asset management, vulnerability remediation, compliance initiatives, and risk reduction activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operations, and IT to successfully deliver Smart Factory and digital projects.
- Act as the site's subject matter expert for IT/OT integration, ensuring reliable, secure, and standardized digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Manufacturing Engineering Manager
What qualifications will make you successful?- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading IT/OT, MES and cybersecurity for manufacturing sites
- Experience with Automation Integration securing automated systems within production environments
- Experience leading Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, MES, or manufacturing technology initiatives within a production environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and the application of digital technologies to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Experience working across Engineering and Operations organizations to deliver complex technical projects and organizational change.
- Experience utilizing data, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision making.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive adoption of new technologies, standards, and ways of working.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex cybersecurity challenges
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Ability to coach and influence others in adopting new technologies and security practices
- Independent work style with strong adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
