• Technical or IT-related studies or comparable practical experience
• Interest in software, data and processes
• Experience in process management and management systems
• Personal responsibility, perseverance and a desire for challenging tasks
• Very good German and good English skills
• Enjoyment of taking responsibility and actively shaping things

• Digitization of complex strategy, project, and process topics with our digitization platform (no-code/low-code framework)
• Creating meaningful management reports and dashboards
• Active participation in shaping the product strategy, including AI and future topics.
• Responsibility for customers and applications (key account thinking)
• Close collaboration with customers and management – from idea to implementation

• Direct influence on product, customers and company development
• Short decision-making processes and direct communication
• Working on equal terms instead of hierarchical thinking
