We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Associate Underwriter to join our Garage Lines team. This entry‑level position is fully in‑office and offers an excellent opportunity to start your career in the insurance industry.

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing insurance applications for Garage Lines coverage.
• Support the underwriting team in assessing risks and determining appropriate coverage options.
• Collaborate with brokers and agents to gather necessary information for underwriting decisions.
• Prepare and process policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in training programs to develop underwriting knowledge and skills.

Required: High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience.
Preferred: Appropriate license.
Behaviors: Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
