Monday
- Friday 8am-5pm, Starting pay is based on experience.

• Licensing:
  Must possess an active Kentucky Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.
• Sales
  
  Experience:
  
  Previous experience in insurance sales or related field required.
• Communication:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-Focused:
  Dedicated to achieving outstanding client satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

  Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion.

• Referral Bonus – For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours, you will receive $40 and once they work 100 hours, you will receive an additional $100. There is no cap on how much referral money you can earn!
