Our firm is seeking a General Liability Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join our Kentucky team. We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who can confidently handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.

Candidate should have substantial experience in General Liability litigation
, with a specific background in:

• GL auto defense
• Slip-and-fall cases
• Workers' compensation defense matters

Candidates should be able to independently manage files from pre-litigation through trial preparation, communicate effectively with clients and carriers, and work collaboratively within the team.

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain)
• 5-10 years of General Liability litigation experience

• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset
