Our firm is seeking a General Liability Associate with 5-10 years of experience to join our Kentucky team. We are looking for an attorney with strong litigation skills who can confidently handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
Role OverviewCandidate should have substantial experience in General Liability litigation
, with a specific background in:
- GL auto defense
- Slip-and-fall cases
- Workers' compensation defense matters
Candidates should be able to independently manage files from pre-litigation through trial preparation, communicate effectively with clients and carriers, and work collaboratively within the team.

- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar (or ability to obtain)
- 5-10 years of General Liability litigation experience
- Strong background in GL auto, slip-and-fall, and WC defense
- Proven ability to independently manage litigation files
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset
