• Assist in the planning and execution of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on supply chain objectives and goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain process.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that arise.
• Prepare and maintain reports documenting import/export conditions and compliance.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance overall supply chain performance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to foster a collaborative work environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with supply chain management software is a plus.
• A degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
