Klosterman Baking Company provides the following pay range.

Base pay range
: $18.00/yr - $18.00/yr

Lead Depot Loader

• Sunday & Monday: 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Tuesday: off
• Wednesday & Thursday: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Friday: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Saturday: off

Salary
: $18.00/HR

• Break down and distribute product loads to appropriate routes and make adjustments where necessary.
• Ensure appropriate products are assigned to each route in a timely and orderly fashion.
• Report to Market Manager, Sales Supervisor, and/or lead person where applicable.
• Unload product from daily transports.
• Reload transport with empty trays.
• Remove substandard product when necessary.
• Separate loads according to the load sheets.
• Properly rotate stock product evenly to routes.
• Add or cut overages & shortages between routes.
• Keep records of stock product.
• Record all overages and shortages from each bakery.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.
• Candidate must be able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Previous experience in a warehouse position (preferred).
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Candidate must be able to work overnight.
