- Lead, train, develop, and evaluate production colleagues while providing clear direction, accountability, and day-to-day leadership as a Production Manager
- Oversee all production operations to ensure colleague safety, product quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards
- Supervise personnel, equipment, processes, changeovers, and line setups, including first-piece buyoffs and shift readiness
- Coordinate closely with Production Scheduling to meet production plans, manage priorities, and support on-time delivery
- Monitor production performance and documentation while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and 5S standards, including housekeeping, outside storage areas, and equipment care
- Partner with Human Resources to address policy matters, discipline, colleague concerns, and communication of special assignments
- College degree in a Technical, Management, or Business-related field preferred for a Production Manager role
- 5–10 years of supervisory experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage diverse production teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities expected of a Production Manager
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with flexibility to work extended hours as needed
