Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens, including day-to-day plant care, pruning, and maintaining quality control measures in accordance with state and Cresco Labs standards.
Responsibilities include keeping the area organized and clean, assisting with plant tracking and documentation, and working in a fast-paced cultivation environment.
