Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 (subject to conditions)

Lead nursing units to deliver high‑quality psychiatric and substance use disorder care for children, adolescents, and adults in a 110‑bed free‑standing psychiatric hospital.

• Supervise employees of the nursing units, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.
• Adhere to full‑time equivalent (FTE) guidelines, understanding the correlation between FTE and patient census.
• Collaborate with the HR Director on employee issues.
• Monitor performance continuously, providing regular informal feedback and maintaining written documentation of all feedback.
• Use leadership skills to problem‑solve, think critically, and formulate positive resolutions.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• One year of supervisory experience in nursing.
• Current Kentucky RN license.
• Crisis intervention certification required (training provided upon hire).
• CPR certification.

• Knowledge of normal growth and development appropriate to the patient population.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate appropriately.
• Knowledge of nursing standards of care and practice and ability to integrate these into all aspects of nursing management.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to responsibilities.
