UK Healthcare is seeking a Service Line Manager to supervise and lead perioperative operations, including robotics, gyn, urology, and laser services. The role is responsible for overall assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout the service. The Manager will carry out the Hospital and Nursing Service mission, vision, and values, and oversee clinical management, patient care, financial management, and quality management of perioperative services.

Promotion of hospital standards and creation of a patient‑focused caring environment, fostering collaboration with physicians and all OR staff, are key responsibilities. The role reports directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.

• Supervise and lead perioperative operations for robotics, gyn, urology, and laser services.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care throughout the service.
• Carry out mission, vision, values, and overall strategic planning of the service.
• Manage clinical operations, finances, and quality initiatives within perioperative services.
• Promote the hospital’s standards and create a patient‑focused caring environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and OR staff, fostering an environment of respect and teamwork.
• Report directly to the Assistant Director, Perioperative Services.

• Required
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Required Related
  
  Experience:
  
  2 years.
• Required Licenses/Registrations/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Licensed RN;
  Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) at hire or within one year.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50‑100 pounds daily; stand, walk, and sit for extended periods; occasional job‑related travel (
