Lexington Women's Health, an Axia Women's Health care center, is hiring an experienced, full-scope Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their collaborative OB/GYN & Midwife practice.

• Provider Team: 5 OB/GYN Physicians with another joining in January 2026, 2 GYN-only Physicians, 6 NPs, 3 Certified Nurse Midwives & Growing
• Office Locations in Lexington & Nicholasville, Kentucky
• Hospital Affiliation:
  Baptist Health Lexington

• Kentucky APRN:
  
  CNM license & DEA or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year Full-Scope CNM experience required
