As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Supervises assigned professional, technical, and clerical staff of the department to ensure quality of work.
• Manages the workflow of the unit to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
• Implements and supports patterns and ensures availability of sufficient qualified staff to meet patient care needs.
• Develops staffing patterns and ensures availability of sufficient qualified staff to meet patient care needs.
• Works to develop and retain highly skilled and well-rounded staff including hiring, orienting, training, directing work, evaluating performance and assuring clinical competency.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and minimum of 3 years RN experience upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership (e.g., RN-Charge) or equivalent leadership capabilities.
• Registered Nurse: KY upon hire.
• Basic Life Support – CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 days.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 days.
