Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner conducting In-Home Health Risk Assessments! We are looking for experienced Nurse Practitioners to play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care.
What's in it for you?
- Flexibility: Customize your work schedule with the freedom to set your hours from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week. This position operates on a 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement.
- Compensation: Earn $100 for each completed in-home Health Risk Assessment, with each assessment taking approximately 45 mins to 1 hour. Additionally, enjoy a $60 daily stipend along with a $25 no-show payment.
Location: You have the option to choose which counties to cover, with extensive patient volume in Fayette County.
About the Role: In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Health Risk Assessments for Medicare Advantage patients. Your visits will provide valuable insights into a patient's health and well-being, addressing needs that may be overlooked during regular office visits. You will review medical history and assess social environments, enhancing the quality of care and bridging numerous care gaps in a single visit.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in Kentucky.
- A minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Experience in Home Health is highly preferred.
