Baptist Health Lexington is offering a paid Nurse Extern II externship for nursing students enrolled in approved BSN programs. The program includes a 1-week paid orientation, clinical practicum oversight, and continuation of two 12-hour shifts per week (120/168 hours) with a preceptor.
Eligible students are in their senior year with completed clinical coursework and will potentially transition to a full-time staff nursing position after graduation and licensure.
