Signature HealthCARE is seeking a caring LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care, while supporting daily living activities with dignity and safety.
You will supervise nursing staff during shifts, monitor residents’ conditions, and contribute to individualized care plans. Experience in long-term care and supervisory roles is preferred; EHR familiarity and MS Office proficiency are valued.
