Nursing practice is grounded in evidence-based care, current research, Baptist Health policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and professional nursing guidelines. The Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment, critical thinking, creativity, and the nursing process to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate outcomes.

Minimum Education and

Licensure/Certification s/Registrations Required
* Current Kentucky RN license or valid Kentucky work permit.
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
* ACLS certification may be required for certain RN positions based on departmental guidelines.
