Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking a registered nurse to join our BCN Hospice Team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The RN will deliver skilled nursing care to patients in home, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or hospitals, under physician orders and state regulations.
Flexible schedule with focus on compassionate, patient-centered care. The role requires an active RN license for Kentucky, CPR certification, and prior hospice/home health or related experience is preferred.
