- Execute lead generation systems weekly
- Host a minimum of two open houses per month
- Convert leads into buyer consultations and signed agreements
- Show homes and write offers that win
- Negotiate effectively on behalf of your clients
- Attend weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and team meetings
- Track pipeline and performance using technology
You're a motivated real estate professional who thrives in a team setting. You love serving clients, hitting goals, and growing personally and professionally.
Qualifications:- Active real estate license (or in progress)
- Competitive, self-driven, and coachable
- Organized with strong time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to learning scripts and improving daily
- Real estate experience preferred but not required
