• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
• Assist clients by providing detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and market conditions
• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and sellers to ensure smooth showing experiences
• Maintain accurate records of showings, client feedback, and follow‑up actions
• Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to support client needs and transaction processes
• Ensure properties are presented in optimal condition during showings, reporting any issues to the team
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and support the overall sales process

• Proven experience as a Showing Assistant or similar role in real estate
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property types in Lexington, USA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple property showings efficiently and professionally
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficient with real estate software and mobile applications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate certifications are a plus
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
