• Engage with PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis
• Plan and conduct two open houses each month
• Transform prospects and leads into confirmed appointments
• Join weekly script practice sessions in line with team protocols
• Engage in team events as per team standards
• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Assist buyers in securing agreements and locating homes
• Draft and negotiate offers for buyers
• Use PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client data

• Driven sales professional with a competitive spirit
• Skilled in building relationships, active listening, and resolving issues
• Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
• Capable of handling objections with ease
• Communicates clearly with a commitment to exceptional service
• Effective team player
• Holds a valid real estate license
