Looking for a new challenge? Join us as an Account Executive and leverage your goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and will leverage all iHeart platforms to exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products, identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and research, and cultivate existing business using our full suite of products. You will collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use storytelling to deliver data-fueled sales presentations that meet client needs.

What

You’ll Need
  • Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills; able to communicate persuasively. Be goal-oriented, an expert negotiator
    , and proactive.
  • Ability to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    .
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Skilled in Salesforce
    , Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help business growth.
  • Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks by priority.
  • Experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, and iHeart/audio advertising is a plus; well-connected in the market.
