As our Admissions Leader, you'll spend your days connecting with prospective students who are ready for a new career path in cosmetology or esthetics. You'll:

• Conduct engaging phone, Zoom, and in‑person interviews to qualify and enroll students
• Build relationships that move people from "thinking about it" to "I'm ready to start!"
• Ask for the sale confidently and consistently close enrollments and meet goals
• Manage follow‑ups and maintain a steady, organized pipeline of leads

We can train you on industry knowledge—what we can't train is your ability to sell

• Proven sales experience
• A friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills
• The ability to close sales face‑to‑face, over the phone, or via Zoom
• A disciplined approach to follow‑up and organization
