Summary:
The Resolvet Racetrack Field Sales Representative is a sales professional that specializes in racing discipline. This person meets with potential and existing customers face‑to‑face to sell products, generate leads, build relationships, present solutions, and close deals in the racetrack discipline.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs, build trust, and encourage repeat business.
- Present products or services to potential customers and highlight features and benefits of the product line.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Collaborate with other sales representatives and team leaders such as marketing and customer activations.
- Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Report on sales performance and market insights to team leaders.

- Proficiency in sales CRM software, mobile applications, and relevant technologies.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and drive results independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in the racetrack, or in sales, is required.
- More than 2 years of experience working on the racetrack, or in a sales role related to the equine space, is preferred.
- Experience in supplement sales is preferred.
- Experience in veterinary sales is preferred.
- Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
- Repetitive use of hands and fingers.
- Must be able to sit/stand in front of a computer for long periods of time.
- Must be able to physically operate equipment used for the job.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force.

Pay Range: $50,000—$60,000 USD
