Thisisabusiness-to-business(B2B) salesrolefocusedongeneratingandmaintainingcommercialserviceaccounts.
Youwillworkdirectlywithfacilitymanagers,property managers,business owners,andcommercialcustomerstodevelopcustomizedmaintenancesolutionsthatreducedowntimeandextendequipmentlife.
- Prospectnewcommercialcustomersthroughcoldcalling,networking,referrals,andwalk-insalesvisits
- Developandmaintainstrong B2
Brelationshipswithfacilitymanagers,property managers,andbusinessowners - Generatenewsalesopportunitiesfor Preventative Maintenance (PM)
AgreementsandHVACService Contracts - Conductcustomervisitsandfacilityassessments
- Prepareandpresentserviceagreementproposals
- Followuponleadsandmaintainaconsistentsalespipeline
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforassignedaccounts
- Buildlong-termpartnershipsthroughexceptionalcustomerserviceandrelationshipmanagement
- Collaboratewiththeservicedepartmenttoensurecustomersatisfaction
- Identifyreplacementopportunitiesandcoordinateturnoverofthoseopportunitiestothe Installation Departmentforestimatingandprojectdevelopment
- Maintainaccuratecustomerrecordsandsalesactivityreports
- Previousoutsidesales,business development,account management,orHVACsalesexperiencepreferred
- HVAC,mechanical services,construction,facility management,orrelatedindustryexperiencepreferred
- Strongcommunicationandrelationship-building skills
- Self-motivatedwiththeabilitytoworkindependently
- Comfortablemakingcoldcallsandconductingin-personsalesvisits
- Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementskills
- Proficient with Microsoft Officeand CRMsoftware
- Valid driver'slicenseandreliabletransportation
Base Salary:$50,000-$75,000annuallypluscommissionopportunities
