Oncology Account Manager - Indianapolis​/KY​/IL

Oncology Account Manager responsible for driving sales of Kura’s FDA-approved cancer therapeutics, primarily in oncology and hematology markets.

• Objectives include achieving sales targets, expanding product use through healthcare professional engagement, and implementing marketing strategies within the assigned territory.

• Responsibilities encompass developing detailed territory plans, managing healthcare provider relationships, navigating complex hospital and healthcare systems, and ensuring compliance with all laws and company policies.
• The role requires managing administrative tasks such as CRM reporting, budget adherence, and expense management.
• Collaboration involves working with cross-functional commercial teams and providing education on Kura’s products.

• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, with at least 3 years in oncology/hematology or rare diseases, ideally with oral therapies.

• Skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and territory management.
• Travel expected for conferences and occasional evening/weekend work.

• High-Value:
  Focus on oncology, hematology, or rare disease markets; experience with oral oncology therapies; managing large territories; compliance with industry regulations such as PhRMA Code; and working within a commercial-stage biopharma environment.
