Licensed Plumber

Overview

For over seven decades investor-owned utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and others have entrusted their electrical construction and maintenance needs to Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. (Elliot). Elliot Services specialize in residential service. We are seeking a licensed plumber to add to the growing team.

• Install, repair, maintain and upgrade pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure compliance and functionality.
• Determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects.
• Prepare cost estimates for projects and repairs.
• Read and interpret building plans and blueprints to execute work according to specifications.

• Kentucky plumbing license is recommended but not required
• Problem-solving and communication skills
• Technical training or apprenticeship program
• 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial setting is recommended
• Valid driver's license
• Own your own hand tools
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
• Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
