• Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects.
• Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Handyman and general repair, insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation.
• Responsible for staying within projected budget and completing paperwork at the end of the job.
• Perform termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 1 year general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands.
• Install encapsulation in low light conditions.
• Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice.
• Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite where assigned.
