• Design, enhance, and support internal and customer-facing applications using Laravel, React, and Tailwind CSS.

• Help transition legacy PHP systems into a modern Laravel/React stack with well-tested, maintainable code.

• Build and maintain secure APIs and backend services.

• Work with front-end teams to integrate interfaces with backend logic and reusable components.

• Write optimized MySQL queries and apply security best practices across the stack.

• Contribute to testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) to improve system reliability.

• Take part in code reviews, share knowledge, and maintain consistent coding standards.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively.

• Offer technical mentorship, documentation, and guidance to teammates.

• Monitor application performance and scalability in Linux-based environments.

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver features that improve both user experience and business outcomes.

• Stay up to date with modern frameworks, libraries, and development practices to keep our stack current.

• Balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong development discipline and code quality.
