Overview
Operates company-owned and managed aircrafts in flight. Reports to Chief Pilot. Flight crew members are responsible for professionally delivering private club level service and must be committed to providing a seamless safe, comfortable, and convenient experience. Coordinates with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies. Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings, have a current Class 1 physical examination, FAA examinations, and flight proficiency tests.
Available schedules are 8/6 for Lexington, KY residents and 15/13 for home base pilots.
- Operate company-owned aircraft in flight and ensure the safety, comfort, and convenience of all passengers.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies.
- Pilot a King Air 350; determine flight routes, speed, and take-off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements.
- Stay current with federal and local flight regulations.
- Operate in accordance with domestic and international regulations, FAA approved company procedures, industry best practices, and the highest level of aviation safety standards.
- Take full control of aircraft while in flight and establish and exercise command authority so that decisions and responsibilities can be identified and acted upon with consistency and expediency.
- Inspect aircraft for safety, fuel, oil and water before departure. Ensure proper aircraft maintenance and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with pilot warranty requirements as specified by current provisions of aircraft insurance policies and licensure requirements.
- Must possess airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings
- King Air 200/300/350 Type Rating
- Recent Experience Flying a King Air (last 24 months)
- Valid driver's license
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
- Pass all FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests
- No Incidents, Accidents or FAA Actions/Suspensions
