Title: Staff Accountant

Salary: $65K–$75K

Location: Lexington, MA | Onsite

• Handle day‑to‑day Accounts Payable activity in P21 / Prophet 21
• Review and process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation
• Perform three‑way matching and investigate discrepancies involving pricing, inventory, or receipts
• Maintain vendor files, payment documentation, and required tax forms
• Reconcile vendor issues and help ensure timely, accurate payments
• Assist with additional accounting responsibilities and cross‑functional projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Prior P21 / Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred
• Background in distribution, inventory, or a similar high‑volume environment
• Strong Accounts Payable and three‑way matching experience
• Working knowledge of inventory‑related accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and understanding of GAAP
