Part-time Lead Dental Assistant with up to $35/hr and no weekend shifts in a modern high tech dental office.

• - Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team.
• - Manage supply ordering and inventory maintenance.
• - Support clinical efficiency and patient flow.
• - Help maintain a positive and growth-focused office culture.
• - Provide expert chairside assistance during complex procedures, including dental extractions, implant placements, and periodontal surgeries.
• - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• - Sterilize dental instruments and prepare treatment rooms before and after patient appointments.
• - Prepare patients for dental procedures by ensuring comfort and explaining what to expect.
• - Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
• - Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed and ensure all images are of diagnostic quality.
• - Prepare and mix dental materials such as fillings, impressions, and bonding agents.
• - Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry.
