Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool – Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to support our infant and toddler classroom at Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool. Your role will involve hands‑on activities, parent communication, and maintaining a safe, clean learning environment.
Base Pay Range$19.00 – $22.40 per hour
Responsibilities- Assist with hands‑on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
- Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in child‑care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Preferred: CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or a related field.
- Must pass required state and company background checks and meet minimum education and experience requirements.
This position requires compliance with all applicable immunization, employment, physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements. Employees will work in person to supervise, care for, and deliver curriculum in accordance with Bright Horizons policies and applicable laws.
CompensationHourly rate: $19.00–$22.40 per hour. This range is based on experience, education, and other factors. The position also offers a $1,000 hiring incentive payable after 100 days of employment (expires December 31, 2025).
