  • Proven experience with high‑reliability systems in aerospace, medical, nuclear, or similar industries.
  • Expertise in circuit development for power conversion and distribution.
  • Experience with systems interconnect and integration design, including system grounding and signal integrity requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of EMC requirements (i.e., MIL‑STD‑461) and the ability to develop associated design requirements from board‑level to system‑level.
  • Proficiency with circuit analysis tools such as SPICE/PSPICE.
  • Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, including oscilloscopes, function generators, meters, spectrum analyzers, and frequency counters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and contribute to multidisciplinary project efforts.
  • Experience with radiation‑hardened systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems development, including C and/or assembly language programming for hard real‑time applications is preferred.
  • Comprehensive experience with all aspects of electronic circuit design, including schematic entry using Mentor Graphics tools, board layout, parts selection, debugging, and documentation is strongly preferred.
  • Strong background in test planning and execution for components, subsystems, and systems is preferred.
