Position Summary:

The Loan Administration Manager provides operational leadership and strategic direction for the Loan Administration department in partnership with the Vice President of Loan Administration & Asset Management. This role oversees end-to-end servicing operations, controls, data integrity, and member service across consumer, home equity, real estate, investor mortgage, indirect, and future small business/commercial loan products within the Fiserv DNA core system; leads and develops a high-performing team;

and ensures accurate, timely, and member-focused service. The Manager also maintains compliant policies, procedures, and quality-assurance programs; administers investor servicing requirements, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB guidelines; and supports secondary-market activities, audits, examinations, system governance, vendor oversight, business continuity, reporting, servicing transformation, and continuous process improvement. Successful candidates will bring broad loan servicing expertise, sound judgment, collaborative leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence, transformation, and scalable service delivery.

Job Requirements:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in loan administration, loan servicing, or a closely related area. Two or more years of experience supervising employees, leading teams, or providing formal work direction. Experience with investor servicing, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB requirements, and secondary-market operations required.

Experience supporting regulatory, investor, or independent audits required. Hands-on experience with Fiserv DNA in a loan servicing or loan administration environment preferred;
Fiserv SMB experience is a plus. Demonstrated experience developing operational controls, quality-assurance programs, performance metrics, and management reporting. Experience managing servicing vendors, business continuity planning, audit or examination responses, system testing, and change implementation preferred. Experience leading process improvement, workflow automation, digital servicing, or servicing transformation initiatives preferred. Relevant industry certification or advanced degree, such as an MBA or CMB, preferred.
