LOAN ADMINISTRATION MANAGER, Credit Union, provides operational leadership and strategic direction for the Loan Administration department in partnership with the Vice President of Loan Administration & Asset Management. This role oversees end-to-end servicing operations, controls, data integrity, and member service across consumer, home equity, real estate, investor mortgage, indirect, and future small business/commercial loan products within the Fiserv DNA core system;
leads and develops a high-performing team; and ensures accurate, timely, and member-focused service. The Manager also maintains compliant policies, procedures, and quality-assurance programs; administers investor servicing requirements, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHLB guidelines; and supports secondary-market activities, audits, examinations, system governance, vendor oversight, business continuity, reporting, servicing transformation, and continuous process improvement.
