Come thrive with us at our exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community, Bridges by EPOCH at Lexington! We are NOW HIRING a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to join our activities programming department and help enrich the lives of our residents daily.

Schedule: Part‑time – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. most days, 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the last day of the week. Weekends may be required.

• Implement a wide array of programming for residents, keeping them engaged and enriched.
• Provide support in other departments as needed and complete required paperwork.

• Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing with the ability to work independently.
• Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
• Computer proficiency and strong customer service skills.
• Experience working with families in a senior living environment; experience in senior living preferred.
• Willingness to transport/escort residents on community trips.
